Description

Sailing under the morning day light and gazing the mesmerizing view of Santorini island.

We start our circumnavigation of the island from Vlychada Marina heading along the coastline of Caldera. First stop is at Akrotiri’s Red Beach, known for its titular red-hued sand, caused by the volcanic minerals soil, which is a rare sight, probably unique in the whole world, and the neighboring White Beach where snorkeling is recommended in order to explore the underwater caves. While you take beautiful photos you can also learn some historical facts and myths about the island, as a part of our guided tour.

Then we sail towards Mesa Pigadia and our next destination, Volcano. We pass the old Venetian Lighthouse, that was constructed back in 1892, and is one of the oldest lighthouses in Greece, and the famous Indian Rock. We reach the volcano island, where you have the chance either to hike to the crater or to enjoy an outstanding swim in the warm and sulfurous waters that grants a natural spa experience of the Hot Springs.

Before we start making our way back to Vlychada Marina, we make a stop to-remember to Anafi Island, a little gem in the Greek islands which still remains untouched by mass tourism, keeping its traditional charm. Anafi is a stunning destination thanks to its special natural landscapes and the chilling atmosphere.
